Private Communities in Texas Now Get Up to 5% Back

The bottom line on Real Estate deals in Texas is this: If you are the buyer and your Texas Real Estate Agent is not giving you cash back at closing, you are leaving cash behind that could be in your pocket.  New Homes in Private Communities in Texas get a minimum 2.5% Rebate.

"Realty cash back" , "real estate rebate", "new house rebate", "real estate commission rebate", "new construction rebate", "builder rebate", "cash back real estate", "Texas home buyer rebate", "Houston home buyer assistance program" or whatever you want to call it; my program pays all New Home Buyers 83% of ALL my cash commissions paid by the builder. That's a minimum of 2.5% of the base purchase price! Let's say the Builder is paying the Buyer Agent 5%. The Rebate from Stuart will be 4.5% of the base price of the New Home. 

This is cash to you in addition to builder's incentives, contributions and reductions.
That means a minimum 2.5% up to 5% of the base price back to you the Buyer.
